About Us

Our Story

Girl Scouts has a long standing presence at St. John the Apostle Roman Catholic Community. Our parish was founded in 1948 and shortly thereafter, Girl Scouts at St. Johns has been a way to bring girls together for the purpose of sisterhood, service, fun, and adventure.

While following the Girl Scout Law & Promise of the Girl Scouts of the USA, a more connected bond has emerged within the Girl Scouts of our parish. We have passed down traditions that tie us to our faith and we have a special history that spans generations.

Currently, Girl Scouting at St. Johns is still active with new members joining each year. Through our community service, events, and activities, we hope to honor those that have paved the way for us to be the exemplar organization that exists today.
